Thank you for shopping with Admore Toners. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Printers, toner cartridges, and other consumables must be returned in original, sealed packaging. Opened consumable products (e.g., toner cartridges) are not eligible for a standard return unless faulty.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and a description of the issue.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including original delivery cost), or
  • Repair (if possible)

depending on product availability and the situation.

4. How to Return an Item

To return a product:

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. We will provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
  5. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  6. Ship the item using a trackable service (we recommend recorded delivery).

Please ensure you keep the proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–14 working days.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds exclude:

  • Original & return shipping costs (unless item is faulty or incorrectly supplied).
  • Restocking fees (only if clearly stated on order confirmation).

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item you want is more expensive, the price difference must be paid before shipping.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a refund.
If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must initiate a return as above.

8. Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Opened toner cartridges and consumables
  • Special-order/ personalised products
  • Software with broken seals
